David Sheskin is a self taught artist whose pen and ink drawings and short fiction have been published in numerous magazines. He has also created works of art through the use of painting, sculpture, collage, and digital technology. In 1993 thirteen of his folk art paintings comprised a calendar published by Avalanche Publishing. Pomegranate communications has published 2009, 2010 and 2011 calendars entitled The Owl and the Pussycat and a 2012 calendar entitled Puss and Boots. His paintings were also published in 2004, 2006, and 2006 in calendars entitled Naïïve Malerie published in Germany by Ackermann. His art has been used in greeting cards, children's games and jigsaw puzzles. David Sheskin lives in Bethel, Connecticut.
